Sport Desk Attendant

About the role

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking Sport Desk Attendants to provide professional services in their Tennis Pro Shop. They are looking for candidates with experience in sport operations, excellent communication and service skills, and computer skills. Candidates must be flexible, willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and able to work both indoors and extended hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale system
• Complete daily reports
• Help members purchase equipment and apparel and related items
• Keep working area neat and tidy
• Assist merchandiser with merchandise display

Requirements

• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills
• Previous experience in a sporting goods environment, preferred
• Experience in CHELSEA Reservations System, preferred
