Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager

What's the Job?

Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsorships for Cisco Connect events, ensuring seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction.

Respond to sponsor inquiries promptly via email, Webex chats, calls, and webinars, maintaining professional and clear communication.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prepare sponsor materials, promotional resources, and onsite support.

Provide regular updates to leadership on sponsorship progress, fulfillment status, and post-event reporting for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with sponsors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and fulfillment processes, along with basic financial acumen.
