Sponsorship Program Lead
Job Summary
This position manages the Children's Wisconsin Foundation's sponsorship program across our fundraising events portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Engagement & Philanthropy, the role collaborates closely with Event Leads responsible for logistics and overall fundraising along with Communications team and the Corporate Engagement and Development teams- whose donors may also serve as event sponsors. The role drives the design and execution of a high-performing sponsorship program that increases revenue, establishes and upholds standards for sponsorship benefit delivery, and ensures a consistently high level of donor stewardship and relationship management. Additionally, it carries responsibility for securing more than $1 million in annual sponsorship revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required or relevant experience.
- 5+ years fundraising and/or sales experience required.
- Consistent demonstration of portfolio management with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals required.
- Strong network and relationships within the Wisconsin professional community.
