Sponsored Program Specialist

Core Job Functions

• Maintains sponsored accounts for compliance and problem resolution.
• Solves expenditure issues such as discrepancies and overdrafts.
• Analyzes and resolves issues related to sponsored awarded accounts.
• Requests and approves HR transactions impacting sponsored accounts.
• Prepares sponsored accounts for financial section of sponsored programs.
• Closes sponsored accounts upon award termination.
• Ensures release of unobligated funds on purchase orders.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
