About the role

The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for leading residential projects through construction completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, managing design and documentation workflows
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
• Oversight of the preparation and review of construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance

Qualifications

• Project coordination skills, including managing schedules, deliverables, and communication among clients, consultants, and contractors
• Strong residential architectural background with proficiency in design development, construction drawings, building codes, and detailing
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD), plus strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts, and document decisions clearly
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing residential architectural projects, preferably including on-site coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
