Role and Responsibilities
- Operate spiral machine to complete orders in a timely manner
- Aid with spiral fittings and spiral insulation as needed
- Ensure the highest quality and productivity in all work performed
- Communicate effectively with management, superintendent
- Check and ensure accuracy and completeness of each job order
- Maintain spiral machinery and work area
- Cross-communicate with spiral fitting team to maintain product accuracy
- Update order status daily
- Support general work activities as directed by shop supervisor
- Contribute to project completion within a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with spiral and/or spiral fitting fabrication preferred
- Flexible schedule, including days and some weekends
- Professional appearance and ability to follow directions
- Ability to read, write, and operate various hand and shop equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Knowledge of HVAC or construction preferred
Work Environment
- Exposure to high noise levels
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to forklift traffic
- Climate-controlled shop environment
Physical Demands
- Sitting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally
- Standing, walking, reaching, and gripping frequently
- Close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and fine motor vision
- Speaking and hearing
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. constantly
