Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate spinning machines according to established protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain machine performance by adjusting settings as necessary to maintain quality and production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment functioning.
• Inspect fiber products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately and timely record and report production data for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement process improvements and adapt to changes in production schedules.
• Follow all company policies, especially related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
