About the Role
This role involves delivering therapy evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, and monitoring patient progress. You will support staff development, manage team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to meet business goals, and drive quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and administer treatments
- Supervise therapy staff (therapists, assistants, and technicians)
- Support staff development and performance management
- Coordinate team activities and documentation
- Promote continuous quality improvement
Requirements
- Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required
- Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
- BLS (CPR) certification must be obtained within 30 days if not already held
- Leadership experience preferred
- Specialty certifications are advantageous
- Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder is a plus
