Therapy Team Leader Role Seeking a licensed clinician to lead a team while providing hands-on patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop therapy plans. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians. Administer skilled therapy treatments and monitor patient progress. Support staff development, performance, and team coordination. Drive quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Valid state license as PT, OT, or SLP. BLS (CPR) certification required within 30 days if not already obtained. At least three years of discipline-specific experience. Leadership experience and professional certifications preferred.
