This position involves providing patient evaluations, developing therapy treatments, supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, and supporting staff development and performance. Requirements

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• At least three years of discipline-specific experience
• BLS certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire)
