Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor therapy staff
- Cookordinate team tasks, documentation, and training
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days
- At least three years of discipline-specific experience
- Possess preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certification, leadership experience
