Speech Therapy Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care settings.
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and progress.
• Document patient progress and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
