About the role
This position is responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients in a residential psychiatry setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assess and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice in state of employment
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
Skills
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
