About the Role
The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in North Wales, PA. Our facility includes 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 personal care apartments. This position is available as Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, and reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation.
- Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Participate in resident assessments and care plan development.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life by providing optimal care and addressing care plans.
Qualifications
- Current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist.
