Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement effective speech and language therapy programs to improve patients' communication skills
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients, including individuals and groups, to achieve treatment goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice speech therapy
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
