Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - ST

About the role

The position is a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position available in our Springfield, MA location. The role splits time between a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility (Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing) and a Senior Living Community on campus. Upon hire, you may join multiple PRN rosters offered by Preferred Therapy Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Document services accurately and timely using electronic documentation systems
• Be flexible with hours and able to work varied shifts

Requirements

• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Have strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Have CCC's and SNF experience

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00 - $60.00
