About the Role
PRN Speech Therapist responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventions aimed at improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive functions, monitoring patient progress.
- Provide services within legal scope, coordinate with healthcare team, and assist in developing therapy plans.
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities, document responses, and communicate changes to supervising healthcare providers.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the relevant state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
