BayCare is seeking a Speech Therapist (Pool) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to the community. The ideal candidate will work at Bartow Regional Medical Center, part of the BayCare network.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops a plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.
• Provides the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

Requirements

• CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Speech Therapy License Required
• Master's Speech Therapy Preferred
• Doctorate Speech Therapy Preferred
• 1 year Clinical Related Experience Preferred

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy
• Doctorate in Speech Therapy
• 1 year clinical related experience
