SPEECH THERAPIST (POOL)

About the role

Diagnoses and treats speech, language, voice, cognition and swallowing disorders within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established speech pathology programs including patient care and education. Establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP-LIC) or, in the alternative, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Pennsylvania Speech-Pathologist License
• Basic Life Support certification
