Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, Vocational/Technical School/Diploma, Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Video Fluoroscopic Swallow Study Training
• Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: State of Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year outpatient experience
