About the role
We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist for Home Health services in a part-time or PRN capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive functions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform interventions to improve communication and overall patient well-being.
- Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatments, and any condition changes.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on speech therapy techniques and support strategies.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
- Availability for weekend rotations.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $70,992 to $106,488, based on experience and full-time status.
