Speech Therapist
We are seeking a per diem, as needed, Speech Therapist at Lutheran Senior LIFE!
- Work approximately 8 hours per week.
About the Role
Lutheran Senior LIFE is a P.A.C.E. program providing all-inclusive care for the elderly in Hudson county.
Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist is responsible for diagnosing and treating individuals with speech, language, voice and fluency impairments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Current Speech Therapist state license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Service orientation
- Critical thinking
- Monitoring
- Instructing
- Active listening
- Minimum 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact
