About the role

As a Speech therapist at Highland Oaks Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
• Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
