Speech Therapist - Home Care (PRN)

Role: Provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with departmental policies and referral procedures. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, current or provisional licensure in the applicable state, and certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association within one year of hire. BLS certification is required, along with the ability to respond to emergency situations. Experience & Skills: Preferred one year of experience caring for patients of all ages. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Duties: Conduct objective assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for diverse patient populations, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
