About the role

A clinical fellowship year (CFY) opportunity is available for a Speech Therapist at our clinic in Elk Grove, California. This position offers hands-on clinical experience under the supervision of experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients’ speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Participating in case conferences and professional development activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ASHA-accredited graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam for Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
• Current ASHA certification
• Experience with various assessment tools and techniques
