About the Role
Regency Care of Rogue Valley, a skilled nursing community located in Grants Pass, OR, is seeking a motivated Speech Therapist - Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our In-House Therapy Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical SLP while receiving structured supervision and support from experienced clinicians.
What You Will Do
- Provide evaluation and treatment for adults with dysphasia, cognitive-communication, and speech/language disorders
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Develop clinical reasoning skills in a medically diverse setting
- Receive consistent mentorship and feedback to support successful CCC attainment

Qualifications
- Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology or the Accrediting Body
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for state licensure
- Passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and clinical curiosity
