About the role
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our team and contribute to patient rehabilitation and care.
Responsibilities
- Complete a minimum of 36 weeks of supervised Clinical Fellowship
- Adhere to licensure and professional standards
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress and licensure status
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for areas such as speech, cognition, swallowing, and communication
- Adjust therapies based on patient progress
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure a safe environment
- Order supplies and maintain equipment
- Provide patient and caregiver education on communication devices and techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Appropriate licensure or certification as per state requirements
