Speech Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services within legal and professional scope, in coordination with the healthcare team
• Evaluate patient function through diagnostic tests and assist in developing treatment plans
• Implement interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques

Requirements

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
