Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication, swallowing, and speech abilities by designing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Address the whole patient as an individual, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their speech and communication skills.
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings, maintaining flexibility and joy in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, attending meetings, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a related field acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $34.43 - USD $52.00 per hour.
