Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient delivery of speech-language pathology services.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' speech and communication abilities.
• Address the whole patient as an individual, focusing on communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders or deficits.
• Adapt to the needs of diverse patients and settings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, reporting, and attending meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent with ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) standards.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $39.00 - USD $48.00 per hour.

Sign-on bonus: USD $20,000.00.
