Responsibilities
- Help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities while addressing disorders or deficits.
- Design and execute effective, efficient rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Address the whole patient, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their speech and communication abilities.
- Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings, maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Perform administrative tasks such as cleaning equipment, reporting, and attending meetings.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.
Pay
USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 per hour.
