Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, designing and executing individualized treatment plans to address speech, communication, and swallowing disorders or deficits.
• Address the whole patient as an individual, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their speech and communication abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work settings and daily tasks, including cleaning equipment and attending meetings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or eligibility to obtain the Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $45.00 - USD $100.00 per hour.
