About the Role
Performs evaluation and treatment of communication disorders, swallowing, feeding, and intellectual deficits in pediatric through geriatric populations. Provides services to the following age groups:
- Infant Neonates (Birth to one year)
- Toddlers (One to three year olds)
- Pre-schoolers (Three to five year olds)
- School age children (Five to eleven year olds)
- Adolescents (Eleven to eighteen year olds)
- Adults (Eighteen to seventy-five year olds)
- Geriatrics (Seventy-five years and older)
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- One year of related experience
- Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures in Speech Pathology
Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech, Hearing, and Language Association or Registration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Speech Pathology evaluation and treatment procedures
- Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech Pathology
