Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
• Monitoring, documenting, and tracking patient performance and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories and fostering motivation throughout therapy.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience acceptable.
