About the role
Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities
- Assesses speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provides education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
- Documents evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams on care coordination.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
- CPR certification required.
Qualifications
- Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
