About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence-based assessment tools.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience: Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Licensure: Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Certifications: Active CPR certification.
  • Strong communication abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient success.

Qualifications

Pay

  • Base compensation.

Schedule

  • PRN | Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
