About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence-based assessment tools.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Licensure: Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Certifications: Active CPR certification.
- Strong communication abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient success.

Pay
- Base compensation.
Schedule
- PRN | Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
