About the role

Provide direct speech and communication therapy to patients, tailoring care to individual needs. Lead and mentor team members, including supervising speech therapy assistants and technicians. Assist with speech language in-service education and support student programs. Build meaningful patient relationships, celebrating recovery milestones.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification in Speech Therapy.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Minimum of two years experience in speech-language pathology.
• Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holds specialty certifications (when eligible).
