Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with basic nursing procedures such as administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a CNA program.
• Successful completion of a state-approved nursing aide training program or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required to travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
