Speech Pathologist - Op Pedi

About the role

Join Southcoast Health, a not-for-profit, charitable health system with multiple hospitals, clinics, and facilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are searching for a talented Speech Pathologist to work per diem on a day/evening shift with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation at our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab in New Bedford, MA.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services or designee, perform diversified patient care and related duties within and in support of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required.
• Current Massachusetts License in Speech Pathology is required.
• One (1) year of experience is preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or sign a statement certifying exemption for medical or personal reasons once hired.

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $40.80 - USD $61.72 /Hr.
