Speech Pathologist | PEDS

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts diagnostic assessments to determine patient needs.
• Develops and implements personalized therapy programs.
• Provides direct therapy using various strategies and settings.
• Collaborates with medical teams to plan and modify treatment goals.
• Documents evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participates in departmental program development and supervises students during internships.

Qualifications & Skills

• CCC-SLP from ASHA or active clinical fellowship, or valid state licensure.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in hospital, SNF, outpatient, or home health settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Able to work effectively with diverse patient populations and age groups.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
