Speech Pathologist Neuro Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance and responses to therapy.
• Supporting patients to overcome communication difficulties and celebrating their progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping patients improve their speech and communication skills.
