Speech Pathologist (Home Health) | Tillamook, OR | 13-Week Travel Contract

About the Role

Join a supportive home health team as a Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering personalized care in the home setting. Help patients improve their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities while working independently and exploring the beautiful Oregon Coast.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• Monday–Friday
• 5×8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and treatment strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary home health teams
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active Oregon Speech Pathologist License
• Current BLS (or CPR) Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Home Health experience preferred
