Role Overview: The Speech Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Administering speech therapy interventions and modifying treatments as needed.Tracking and documenting patient progress and responses to therapy.Supporting patients' communication recovery and celebrating their victories.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications: Current state licensure or certification; CCC certification preferred.CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
