About the role

Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized speech and language treatment plans. Assess patient needs, modify therapy as necessary, and track progress to ensure effective outcomes. Document patient responses and celebrate their victories, contributing to their communication improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy to patients with communication challenges
  • Assess and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Adjust therapy strategies as needed
  • Support patient recovery and celebrate milestones

Requirements

  • Current licensure or certification per state regulations
  • Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
