About the role

Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify speech issues and modify therapy as needed.
  • Track, document, and monitor patient progress and responses.
  • Support patients' victories and progress throughout therapy.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
  • Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire.
  • Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Skills

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment development skills.
  • Ability to document and track patient progress accurately.
  • Effective communication and patient support skills.
  • Comfort with using advanced technology and working in a collaborative environment.
