About the role
Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
Responsibilities
- Identify speech issues and modify therapy as needed.
- Track, document, and monitor patient progress and responses.
- Support patients' victories and progress throughout therapy.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment development skills.
- Ability to document and track patient progress accurately.
- Effective communication and patient support skills.
- Comfort with using advanced technology and working in a collaborative environment.
