About the role
Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs in a leading rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Identify communication issues and modify therapy as needed
- Track patient progress and document outcomes
- Provide support to help patients overcome communication challenges
- Celebrate patient victories and ensure personalized care
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification
- Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with relevant experience
Skills
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt treatment plans
