Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a center-based setting, leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
- Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra’s values for all clinic colleagues.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify during the credentialing process.
- This role requires access to confidential and critical information, necessitating ongoing discretion and secure information management.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call.
Pay
