About the role

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a clinical role in a long-term care facility. This position involves overseeing patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and working collaboratively with the Center Medical Director and administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and deliver high-quality care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Manage patient care and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Foster relationships with hospitals and other healthcare providers
• Serve as a role model and mentor for clinical staff
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Geriatrics experience is a plus
