About the role
Join our team to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Your role involves identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and tracking patient progress to ensure effective rehabilitation. You will document outcomes, celebrate patient victories, and provide essential support to help patients overcome communication difficulties.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Identify issues and modify therapy as needed
- Track and document patient progress and outcomes
- Provide support to help patients overcome communication difficulties
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations
- Successful completion of CCC certification
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
Skills
- Strong assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment
