Speech Pathologist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for patients with speech and communication challenges in acute care and pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement and modify speech therapy interventions based on patient needs.
• Monitor, document, and track patient progress and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and celebrate milestones.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already certified).
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.
